It's an unwritten rule not post more than one custom a day. That way everybody gets to have their work seen by everybody for at least a day. Heck, I live by the rule of only one a week.

But, to post a dozen custom threads at one time. That is just BS!

I do know I probably shouldn't post Midnight Mink & Chippy customs here, of whatever frequency.

Why assume the posts were malicious or inconsiderate? Why not PM the poster?

I did pm the poster as well.

But, come on, really? Common sense and courtesy says don't make 11 different posts that you can either condense into one or spread out over a few days.

The customizers on this board work extremely hard on their customs and they want them to at least last on the first page for a couple days for everybody to see.

Simple courtesy is all I expect.

Of course they could more sensibly be combined, and easier to comment on, too. Regarding courtesy, that's highly individuated.

At any rate, the bulk of the offending threads have been bumped to page two, so all is well.

I'm the 'customs mod' and I recently posted three or four customs in one day, so the 'one a day rule' is never going to have me standing behind it. I finished them all about the same time, rolled them out, and let the comments come or not. Is that really a big deal? Sure, the ST customs could have all been combined in one post, but I don't consider it a heinous crime worthy of rage that they weren't. If I did I would have intervened.

We're all proud of our work. In the context of the customs community I hope rage is reserved for thieves and rip-off artists. Can't we all just get along?

Man, I had no idea that view even existed. I posted three at once a while back, and it was only because it was my first chance to have decent pictures taken of them. I'd actually been sitting on them a while, just waiting to get something better than a cell phone to photograph them. If I offended you or anyone else doing that, I apologize--I really was clueless about that, to be honest. After hearing your perspective about why it's not kosher, I get it, though.

Whoops! I was just commenting on each of Tom's threads until I saw his apology thread.
Sorry I bumped about 5 or 6 of them.
Tom is a good guy, and no way was he thinking that he was monopolizing the customs section.
I did want to comment on all of his stuff though, because I've known him a long time, and he always comments on my stuff.
