    Batgirl: Animated Style

My Bat family keeps growing. Just finished up this quick kit-bash in the style of Batman:The Animated Series.
    Original Mego Batgirl
DM body suit, cowl and boots
    CTVT belt and cape
Bat sticker and gloves made by me.

She looks nice...I like the fact you went with a standard utility belt rather than Batgirl's Bat Buckle Belt...that
always drove me nuts as a kid..like "Why does she have TWO emblems?" lol
I think I would have problably cut off the Pirate cuffs on the boots, but that's just me....
overall I love have it turned out.

      My three favorite Batgirl Outfits:
      1. Yvonne Craig's Purple and Yellow
      2. This one you made
      3. And a custom Mego Batgirl my brother made for me, where the suit is Navy,
and the gloves, helmet(mask), and boots are all Black ( he used IG boots and gloves for this)
and with her standard belt and no emblem.

Looks really great, 66! I always have a soft spot (or maybe a....naw, can't go there on a family board!) for Batgirl and yours looks pretty rockin'! i love how you've got Poison Ivy lurking in the background, too!
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

I went back to "Old Reliable" for the gloves. Plasti-Dip. I dipped a pair of IG gloves in blue Plasti-Dip, cured it over night and then "rolled" them off. Turned them back right-side out, trimmed them and that was pretty much it. Again, I LOVE Plasti-Dip! I think the TT gloves may work but could be a bit big.
