    BBP BSG Muffit Mod

I made some Muffit feet for another member here awhile back. I liked the idea so I had to make myself a set too.

Thanks, this was a fairly easy modification. I just sculpted one foot and then molded and cast
some more.I painted them, cut the "feet" off the Muffit suit, removed the hands off the Muffit body and
            replaced with the new feet.

@ Moniter, i can sell you a set. I am at a standstill right now as far as casting because i am out of resin
but i have some more on the way.

Those look amazing! Seamless color match as well. How did you affix the new feet after discarding the old hands?

Technically these were set up to be used with an 8" wrist "tongue" pin because that's what the member i originally made these for wanted.
You would use the "boil and pop" method shown here: http://megomuseum.com/custom/handrepair.shtml to remove the child body wrist tongue pin and replace those with 8" ones removed the same way.

I didn't want to have to use vintage wrist pins to do this so i molded and was planning to cast my own wrist pins
                        but ran out of resin.

So the one shown here used the child body wrist pins but i had to enlarge the hole by holding the foot in place and running a 2mm drill bit through.

Once i get the resin and make some 8" wrist pins, i'll change them out with the child body wrist pins.
I use 2mm plastic round rod for the wrist "hinge" pin.

If anyone is interested and wants to do this to their Muffit you can PM me.

If you modify the body a bit, the feet really help to make it look more like Muffet was supposed to look
