This week the spotlight falls on megowgsh's offering of the Human Flying Fish. As obscure as he is colorful, Vic Bragg is a Silver Age Aquaman foil created by the evil Dr. Krill. Too bad this guy never made an appearance on Batman Brave and the Bold.
