                    I made the neck collar by hand with milliput then spray painted it with metallic silver, there is an opening in the back so it can be removed without pulling the head off.

                            Where did you find milliput?
                            WE used it in the UK to fix broken china and statues,love that stuff. Never seen it for sale in the US.
                            I love it and need it.
