    The Incredibly Surly HULK!!!

This guy is the result of getting inspired thanks to Terry Wood's Hulk repaint commission I'm working on for him. My old HULK doesn't have a lot of stability on the shelf and I've been wanting to bring him more in line size wise with how Jack Kirby portrayed him in the early series and the Avengers, so he stands a little taller than 9 inches. Sometimes he had 4 fingers and 3 toes so I went with that. body is a Urban Icons in a stuffed stretch velvet suit. Shorts are dyed Urban Icons and the boxers are too. Stop sign and box of smokes(I wanted him to be as obnoxious as possible, blowing smoke in Giant-Man's face would help) are from printable minis. Headsculpt is all me over a resin head dremeled down to a skull.

back hair and a magnificent hump.

Very cool, tbolt. Love your inventive takes on the characters. Always a treat. Three toe, hunch back and pot belly are cool choices you really made work.

Thanks, this one's pretty much your fault, too.

          Wow! That is awesome!

For the pack of smokes, did you use the 1/6 scale as is? Or did you shrink it down a bit to proper scale?

the stop sign and the smokes were from here:
Free miniature printables dollhouse printies formerly offered by Jim Collins PrintMini.com

it says 1/6th, but imo they are a little closer to 9 inch scale.

It should work, or scan it and reduce it a bit. That teeny box was really hard to glue together.

Great figure, but I always feel bad for the birds because their birdbath is always empty

That is fantastic. I really enjoy your versions of these characters. The stop sign is a nice touch.

thanks again all. I really dig him a lot, as a toy especially. Xemnu is coming, and maybe Red Hulk.
