black vulcan 3.jpg Final touches have been done to Black Vulcan. Once the paint and glue dries he will carded, most likely this weekend. Follow up picture to come once he is sealed up forever.

I just used some white masking tape, I thought I would just touch up any black paint that it removed but none ever lifted. I left the black paint almost 2 full days before I applied yellow stripe to head. The wings on his head are the inside parts of the plastic hangers that I use on my backer cards. I painted them yellow and they look pretty good.
