Some were guest stars in the original JLA series, some were part of the JLI and Justice League cartoon, and Animal Man was just too cool to leave out. cyborg is in the back right. He was on the Super Powers Cartoon and is in the New 52 versionComment

I realize you were counting all versions of the JLA, I forgot to add that I prefer the JLA from the comics just before the Detroit league started.
16 members and you have them all except Zatanna. I do like some of the others as well, I'm just missing Z and Firestorm for my Set.
