    Planet of the Furry Apes

A few years ago I had some of my spare POTA heads flocked, thought you might like to see them. The gorillas are in custom uniforms, but I can't take credit for these - I won a huge POTA lot from ebay several years back which included quite a few handmade outfits.

The guy who flocked these for me also threw in a couple of freebies which I use as my ape elders. The female ape is now wearing a custom Zira outfit (these are old photos), but she looks kinda groovy in this Dinah Mite jumpsuit!

        Hope you enjoy them! :D

                        Those look so awesome!!!

So how does one get figure heads flocked?! Is it something you can learn? And how do you find a flocker? I assume walking up to people and asking them if they are a good flocker is out of the question and prone to injury...
Looking for redhead AJ heads (or figures) - both bearded & clean shaven (I'm trying to complete all the variations).
Also seeking: 1 blue Soldier Ape glove, 1 General Ape boot, sun reflector from PotA Fortress playset.

In the 1/6 collecting world, http://www.clubhairforgijoe.com/ was the place to get your old Joes reflocked for ages, but I'd e-mail them first to see if they're still doing it. I thought they were on an indefinite hiatus, but it's possible I was confusing them with http://www.oldjoeinfirmary.com/

                          Here's a DIY flocking tutorial: http://www.patchesofpride.com/pages2/flockinghowto.html
