Hi all...
This is my first time doing custom Megos... although it's only custom with parts/clothes as I don't have a talent for sculpting. (You guys and gals do some AMAZING sculpting!)
Most of the bodies and clothes came from CVTV, but through an exhausting search of old Barbie clothes and older Mego accessories, I think they turned out pretty well.
I created the custom cards myself.
(I hope I insert the photos correctly)
(Can't you hear it..."Hey Hey Hey Hey.... Don't you... forget about me....")
Bender - Mostly CVTV, but added an old Action Jackson plaid shirt and cut off the sleeves
Andy - Richie Cunninham jacket (removed "Jefferson High" from back and made custom Letterman S and Wrestling Patch on sleeve
Claire - Zira (Planet of the Apes) skirt and boots; Ma Walton head
Allison - Wow! Those clothes were hard to find! Found the perfect pattern for the skirt on ebay; the oversized sweater is a barbie sweater that I had to alter; gave her a custom "messed up" haircut.
Brian - The hair needs to be a darker brown and the shirt needs to be a darker green.
Ideas for next customs - The Principal and maybe a "Library" playset.
