Axel Foley-The heat is on!

Hey Gang, I've been out of the Mego customizing game for a bit but it's great to be back! I just got back in the saddle and turned out the first figure in My Renegade Cops line, Axel Foley! Axel will be the first figure in a planned line of five cops to include Harry Calahan (Dirty Harry), John McClane (Die Hard), Deke Dasilva (Nighthawks), and Popeye Doyle (The French Connection). Axel is built on a type 2 Doc Mego body and features a customized CTVT Happy Days jacket, and a CTVT Space 1999 head with sculpted accents and paints. I also turned out the custom card. Seriously, this is refreshing to see a custom that NOBODY has ever made or maybe even thought of. I think that's a pretty good likeness in that head and the overal execution with the cardback is superb. Thank you for posting that, made my day.

That's outstanding, gotta love it, great idea for a custom. Love to see old school cops, detectives. Mego did do
Starsky and Hutch but it ended there. Can't wait to see the others especially Popeye Doyle, one of my favorite
movies, you could also maybe throw in Serpico on that list.
