66' Frank Gorshin Riddler - refresh my memory who did this

14yrs ago, I made a run of backer cards and someone was doing figures.
I ended up getting Riddler, but I'd be darned if I can remember who built him.
My gut wants to say Dave LePage (sorry if I misspelled your last name ;-)
I think I'm gonna free him from his plastic prison when I get my 66' figs.

The eyeholes of the mask could be a bit bigger, and the jacket a teensy bit tighter, but other than that, whoever did this did a GREAT job!!!

The expression actually reads "Mess with me, and you get it!"
