    Ghost Rider

So here is my first customizing attempt. Thought I would try my hand at GR and base him loosely on the movie version but still try and keep him "megoey".He is all CTVT with the exception of the chain and after some dental work and paint...BAM!!,he was done.I hope everyone likes it.I hope all of the images show up.image.jpghttp://megomuseum.com/community/attachment.php?attachmentid=10870&d=1400395444

Great job--love the paint on his head, and the clothes/accessories are fantastic! Ghost Rider was probably my most wanted Mego as a kid, so I always love to see how customizers approach him. I did a custom GR recently using parts from CTVT and topped his head off using one of the "flame" pieces from the Marvel Legends Goblin build-a-figure now in stores. Have you thought about a bike for him? I'm still trying to figure out a good option.

Regarding a motorcycle, simply search eBay for "1:9 scale motorcycle" to see a relatively wide range of choices -- Fat Boys and Choppers, diecast metal and plastic. A styrene plastic model kit (Imex, Testors) would be the easiest to convert, but a diecast metal bike would give you something sturdy enough to stand by itself mounted by a (top-heavy) Mego figure.

I lucked out in finding a 1:9 scale diecast Harley in an antique store --

Clearly, it meets with the approval of Arthur Fonzarelli --

              Slick and creepy.

Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12
