Indigo Atom Ray Palmer (aka Atom)

I made this custom figure a few years ago -- at 8" tall, it is actually a "life-size" figure. We needed this to round out a planned costume photo shoot (at Dragon*con 2010) of "Deputy Lanterns" from DC's "Blackest Night" storyline. Sadly, this little guy never ended up leaving my hotel room, but here he is for your enjoyment --

And fighting off a deadly foe --

In the likely case that not everyone is familiar with the character, here is the iconic cover --

...and to answer the inevitable questions, here are a few shots from the amazing (1:1 scale) costumes that were created for the photo shoot --

That's cool. I like the way the cuffs hide the sleeve ends at the wrists. Nice work on those costumes too.

I have photos of various White Lantern costumes as well... but I didn't want to spam up this Forum with too much non-Mego stuff.

Okay... just a few more to address the full-size costuming comments, then back to all-Mego stuff from me --

Great figure! Nice use of the Hal head. Love the cosplay pics, especially the final Parallax shot above.
