Not really a finished custom but a finished repair part. I made a version of this a few years ago but it was rough. I've had a few requests for them and finally got a few minutes to re-envision it, clean it up and make a mold.
With this you can salvage heads with ripped neck plugs and you get much better range of motion, even accomplish the now famous BK shot.
It's a lot like the mego female neck plug, there's a pin and a hole through the center to run elastic. Find a post in the body to attach it to and you're in business.
