Another thing about the Breyer head that was used for Ygritte - It's a harder material than the ones Dr Mego used to sell. To remove the existing neck pin and remove all the existing hair, I had to dip it in hot water from time to time. It also doesn't stay pliable for long. I think the neck hole is larger than those on vintage Megos, so like Tim said, you may have to get creative to perform a transplant.
