Hi All,
Here is something I've been working on for my son's birthday next month. Lex was just a loose Mattel DC Retro I bought on Ebay. I didn't want to give it to him loose, so I put together some packaging. Now he has something to open when he gets it. I used one of the backer cards here in the Museum and resized it to fit inside one of the Batman wave 1 clamshells. For Lex, I modified it to read "World's Greatest Villains", added an image of Lex, and the name. For the back, I replaced the superheroes with some bad guys. Hulk is straightforward. Original Mego head on CTVT Hulk body and CTVT pants. For the card, I resized it and cut out the circles, then added the Hulk image. The cards themselves consist of two sheets of HP glossy photo paper, stuck together with spray glue. I love these clamshells. My son gets a package to open and the card doesn't get ruined. Everybody wins! I know it's not some really complicated custom, but let me know what you think. Thanks for looking.
