    Plastic Man

This was my very first custom I 'bashed together at the very first Mego Meet I attended. Had a terrific time and happy to have made so many new friends sitting around that customs table that day. Really dug all the encouragement, support and advice I received from the community, and the custom bug set in.

the suit was from Brian Lietner, who to this day, is still one of my favourite customizers. Head from the always awesome Doc Mego.

My store in the MEGO MALL!

Yup, he fits right in. Off topic question, I've always wondered: are Doc Mego's heads squishy or hard resin?

Looks great. And love the story...but then again, superheroes and origin stories go great together!

Most are hard resin. Those are the unpainted heads you see listed. The exception would be heads like his Bruce head, which are "made in China" painted, rotocast vinyl.

what a great figure, would have been made for sure if Mego would have lasted longer into the '80's

I never understood why plasticman does not have shoes or boots. I understand he can change form, but why not form some shoes or boots?lol
