Finally put the finishing touches on Ms. Frost last night. I have had the head done for over a year or so and was going to use it for Judy from the animated POTA series but went in this direction instead. Re-paint and re-root by me on a Dorothy head. Hands and belt from CTVT, boots from Doc Mego and costume by me.

The slight arch to the one eyebrow is perfect for the personality of the reformed White Queen. And that head shape is almost perfect for her. The clean lines on the costume are really nice.
