Hey guys, i've decided to make all the Raiders of the lost ark figures because.... well.... Raiders was an awesome movie! LOl...
I decided to start with the Cairo Swords man! I love this villain and I wished he actually had the chance to duel with INdy , but his whole fight sequence was cut out of the film cause Ford had diarrhea and could not stay outside his trailer for too long ! lol... Anyways, this custom was very fun to make, I used one "hercules" head I got from a guy from ebay. His name is Juan Animal, very cool seller
I painted the head with dark sienna as well as the hands. I used one of those hard to find zica buff bodies and one "spell" hand i had lying around. The tunic came from a reaper figure and the boots came from a "ghostbuster" retro action figure . THe sword was a bit challenging , I looked at my 12" Swordman from Hasbro, and used styrene sheet to create the blade, and a wooden dowel for the handle. I think it looks menacing!

I finally finished, a couple of days ago , the german mechanic, inspired by our friend Megospydey , he did one that was very awesome.... so I decided to make one for me too, using what i had available! I purchased a King pin head from ebay, and I had this DOC Body , the pants are from our own "THE MEGO" member. Boots are from the ghostbusters figures!

And here is the DUEL OF FAITHS, The german mechanic vs INDY.... watch out for that propeller!

Hope you like him!
