I have sort of a unique job. I'm a teacher, but I work at a place called the Challenger Learning Center. I am a Mission Commander, and basically, we do school field trips and take kids on Mars mission simulations. I wear a spacesuit to work every day. It's staffed by me and one other fellow, and I decided to make action figures of us to hang on the wall at our facility.
Bodies are Doc Mego, heads are CTVT, suits from David Lee, emblems from David Lee and Laser Mego, cards by the Toyroom.
I did all the artwork for the cards myself, to suggest that an actual toy line exists, although only the two figures were made. In retrospect, I should've used an image of 2-XL for the robot. Oh well.
Visitors love them. Kids want to know where they can buy them. They get lots of looks and comments.
