Ok, since no EMCE Jacks are popping up, we made one.
Another Father & Son team effort utilizing 3D scanning and 3D printing.
First of all, the 3D sculpt:

We made two different heads - one with a curl of hair that fell out of place, and one without the messed up hair.
The curl is seen in the 3d rendering above.
I wanted to go with a slightly younger looking Jack.
The head started life as a scanned - wait for it.....Mattel Retro-Action Black Adam.
Sean was able to sculpt the changes I asked for, and the printer software enlarged the overall head by 10% cuz Adam was a bit off-scale with a long neck.
Printed the head today, painted him up and I'm still working on accessories, but here are some shots.
In the midst of this, Sean was eager to make some glasses - of which he started and I tweaked.
Jack's subject is a Nagy Wolfman.
