JUSTICE SOCIETY of AMERICA -- Final Wave

In my "year of completion" I present to you my final wave of JSAers. The three here along with the other six represent my perfect version of the Justice Society of America. To me, if I never make another custom JSAer I can live with that. In my eyes, it is complete.

Dr. Mid-nite is built on a Mego T2 body, using a black CTVT bodysuit with an original Mego Robin tunic (sans cape and sleeves). His cape and belt are from CTVT; boots from drmego.com; gloves from drmego.com and painted by me; head is an enlarged DC Universe head by me; chest stickers by lasermego.com; all paints by me; oh, yes, and the owl is from some nature store in Oak Park, Illinois. I found him close to 15 years ago and have been holding on to him ever since specifically for this moment.

    from DC's "Who's Who"

Dr. Fate is built on a Mego T2 body. Body suit, shorts, and boots from drmego.com; gloves from CTVT; amulet from CAT and painted solid yellow; head is an enlarged Kenner Super Powers head; cape and paints by yours truly.

I love this picture from DC's "Who's Who" because it justifies my use of "oven mitts"

Hourman is built on a Mego T2 body as well. Suit by me; CAT boots with striping from lasermego.com; head is from a DC Direct figure enlarged by me; hourglass from a DC Direct figure also; cape and paints by me; and the magnificent belt from Legend of Link. Hourman's belt is the key to making this figure work. A big thanks to LOL for his masterful work.

    from DC's "Who's Who"

May I present to you all my Justice Society of America...

I hope you enjoy my customs as much as I do, and, as always, thanks for looking.

    Peace, Love and Megos,

    Austin

Finished and not going to make another JSA'er ... no Atom, he was a founding member?

It was a pleasure to help Austin, these are all beautiful. It's tough to choose my favorite! Perfection to say the least!

That group shot is a thing of beauty. I love how you have mixed mitts, molded gloves, screen printing etc.

Nice job all around. You still need to make the Atom, Superman, Batman, Powergirl, Robin, Mr. Terrific, Ma Hunkle, Star Spangled Kid, Huntress and Starman and you will be complete.
I really like your Wildcat. I may take another attempt at mine. I went for a darker black blue and he has never looked right.
