The Beast: Mutation stages

The Beast has always been one of my favorites since the Avengers and then going back and enjoying all the X-Men reprints and so on.

Today, since they brought back the original X-Men I kind of dig the non haired version of the Beast. I am planning on doing a whole original X-men set but here is the Beast in three of his major life stages.





The rest are on my OGME page but I figure two shots were sufficient enough to get my point across.

Nice job!!! It's strange as a kid in the 70's I didn't buy the X-men comics because I thought it was corny that Beast didn't have shoes on and was runnig around in his bare feet!

Honestly, Marvel has changed the Beast so many times in the last ten years I can hardly recognize him anymore. That's why I am kind of digging "the New X-Men" where they have come from an alternate past to the future. The recent issue they found out they couldn't get back and and with the help of Kitty Pryde they went off to work with the Xavier School (former Weapon X Facility).

Later on, Majik (Colossus's sister) waved her sword and updated their costumes.
As a Beast fan (me) I don't understand why he needs goggles? I hate characters who wear goggles or strap them on their head like some Japanese
animation character. Either there is a point for it or not.
