Beast of Blood

Here is my halloween horror.

I've always been a fan of the Eddie Romero "Blood Island" movies ever since my tired teenaged eyes first saw them at 2am. They're cheap but competently made, the lead actor in all of them is John Ashley, who made a lot of fun movies.



One of my favourites is Beast of Blood, a direct sequel to "Mad doctor of Blood Island" that has the Chloroform Monster returning and running amuck, even able to operate without it's head (!) He's been on my "to do" list for years.



I used an old Batman head for this one, sculpting a face with hobby putty. I plan to make the head detachable with magnets.

Geez that is scary! What you need now is a small painting to place behind him or a sweet custom box! One of the coolest things here in the custom forum is seeing stuff that have never been tried before or seeing customs of where I've never even heard of the character before. Good stuff!

I don't think I would be able to sleep if this guy was in my collection - he would freak me out!
