Astro City's The Samaritan

This custom was not really a planned one but worked out pretty well. This was originally going to be a Flash suit but I lacked the head I wanted so it sat around for over a year. Then I got to thinking what character was out there I could make that really hadn't been done before. I found out that Flatt made one some time ago, so I suppose this is the second. SO I got Antohny to make the cardback and I went to work converting this guy to the Samaritan. The cape was not an easy thing to do and I'm not sure I succeeded. I backed it with black for dynamics to make the red pop.
