    Holy Custom Cards! Batman 1966

I'm looking forward to the new figures from CTVT/FTC but I found the card art lackluster.

I knew I'd be recarding these and I wanted something more than the screen-cap method FTC has chosen for their '66 cards
so I decided to adapt the cast into a comic book/Pop Art style instead. The background colors in the circles is a call-back to
the Mego box colors of the particular characters.Something about the cards should scream "Batman 1966" IMO and I hope
I was able to accomplish that.

    Thanks for looking!

Those are fantastic Anthony! Did you do the headshots? They are great! I love the use of the Mego colors. Nice touch.

I have said it before. You are one of the absolute best customizes on this board Anthony. These are perfection in cardboard. I don't understand why some company's just throw a toy into a package? The package is half the "sell".
Figures or CTVT or whatever they are called this week should commission you to design ALL of their packaging.
(And BK should be doing their sculpting but that's just me)

They look great! I'll be hitting you up for some boxed versions once Figures Toys releases their figures.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Very nice, Anthony. I agree that Figures Toys should comission your work.

You see, that is how it should be! The card art should reach out and make you want to buy what is inside! Excellent job Anthony!

That kicks the holy hell out of the real ones......do they fit in the FTC clamshell or are they standard mego size?

It's regular WGSH card size and fits in a Castaway clamshell. What size are the FTC clams?

Why FTC didn't call you in the first place is beyond me. Bravo good sir!
