It was the 80's and you couldn't have any good role playing game, or movie it seems, without ninjas. And we had a bunch. The back story is cloudy, but apparently there was a dimension that was a ninja Valhalla of sorts where warriors of many worlds were pulled into and trained for 100 years, yet they did not age there. When they returned to Earth they were the same age as when they left, just with a lot of experience. There were many different schools, styles and clans warring with eachother. Two noteworthy ones, at least for my purposes were Ice and Moon clans.
I posted these two together because they are both ninjas from that world and they are remarkably plain. They look way better on paper than as a figure, but still not bad. Ice Tiger is not my design. He always had a scarf for some reason and he came along way before Sub Zero from Mortal Kombat. Peacemaker was a mute who tried to end all conflicts with as little damage as possible using forcefields and non-violent methods.
The last picture is the group shot so far of the Project:88 collection so far with Devilstar, Steel and Moon Devil. Yeah, lots of devils and full masks back in the day...
