Great job all round guys. You all did a fantastic job. The venue for the jump was WEMBLEY STADIUM not Wimbley. I was actually there as a kid. One of my greatest memories too!

No worry mate. Yep it really was an incredible day for me as a 11 year old kid. The show went on for hours with other stunt and daredevil type guys doing stuff on the soccer pitch alongside the buses. All I wanted was to see Evel of course just like all the other people there. When he roared out and rode around the edge of the track waving to the crowds the place was going mental for him. The jump itself will always stick in my mind as it just fell silent as he took off and it seemed like an age before he hit the ramp and crashed. The whole placed sort of gasped out at the same time and then again it went silent. He did that courageous theatrical struggle back up to declare he would never jump again but of course he did. An amazing memory and an amzing little custom guy too. I'd like to see one using maybe an enlarged and painted Ideal head though. The POTA astronaut kinda works for sure but with a real deal Evel head pretty easily available I wonder why no one has tried it.
