Hobby Lobby sells these white hats in the doll/bear section. They are Mego scale, and they take spray paint very, very well. I just added a band and trimmed the brow down a bit.

Derek, this is probably one if not your best custom to date. There are customizers out there that stay quiet on the sidelines then,,,,,,,B A M. You are one of them. The packaging alone make this one stand out, not to mention the lil details that always take your work to the next level. I'd say COTW, but I'm not sure how good a friend you are with Steve, or if your check to him has cleared (see previous thread)

The boots come from CTVT - military style in tan or black for $5. I just repainted them
