Red Skull -- "The Capture of Captain America" version

Here we have the Red Skull pretending to be Hugh Hefner in The Capture of Captain America from the 1981 Spider-Man animated series.

The episode revolves around J. Jonah Jameson wanting to honor Captain America. Once the Red Skull is informed of the event he uses the tribute ceremony to capture Captain America in attempt to swap minds with him. Spider-Man tries to stop Red Skull's ambush but ends up inadvertently letting Red Skull escape with Captain America still captive.

Hope you enjoy this version of the Red Skull, and as always, thanks for looking.

    Peace, Love and Megos,

    Austin

Man, I LOVED that episode. One of my first exposures to the Red Skull. You nailed him!

That is a sharp looking Red Skull. The colors are so vibrant, he really "pops".

Austin you are cornering every obscure Marvel and DC idea. I love it! Even though the Red Skull wouldn't be caught dead in something like that I just love how you pick something from an old TV show or comic idea. The figure looks amazing though!

Maybe how about a Thunder? lol I could see you doing it next. You rule!

looks great Austin, the whole get up is typical of an ascot wearing despot.
