Actually, only 3. Ocean Master and 2 versions of Black Manta (Challenge of the Superfriends and this version)

The superhero with the most custom Mego Rogues in my collection is a tie between Batman and Spider-Man with Flash coming in a close third.

He should have been called Tan Manta. That truly is a great figure. I've been meaning to figure out how to hollow out a Manta helmet enough to have a regular head inside without doing damage to it.
