Here's another original villain from SUPERVILLAIN FOR PRESIDENT. Some villains believe in the devil, but HELIX thinks he IS the devil. He's an evil geneticist who is slowly manipulation his own DNA to make himself resemble Satan. He has already grown a horn and the effects of his serum are slowly creeping across his flesh!
Also he wields a pitchfork-shaped syringe which he used to inject his demon-serum into others, turning them temporarily (24 hours or so) into demonic creatures under his control (Ooh, maybe I should make one of those!)
He has developed THE APPLE a phamaceutical cure-all to help DR. TENTACLE'S presidential campaign, but not revealing to the public that it has side effects. It cures ANYTHING, but turns the patient into a mindless, inhuman monster permanently. It also causes headaches, drymouth and diahrrea.
The problem is that he really isn't that much of a villain. He assumes that he is some kind of bad-dude because he thinks he's really Satan. DR. TENTACLE is using him and plans to dispose of him when he has served his ultimate purpose.
