Green Lantern Core! Tomar-Re & Abin Sur
Tonight we have 2 members of the Green Lantern Core
Abin Sur and Tomar-re
Abin Sur -
This is one of the first heads I got from BK - got in back in March - just wrapping him up now.
This Fantastic Head was made and painted by Black Knight - (Thanks J!)
The Body is a white Doc Mego Body - Thanks Doc (I need to replace one hand with a fist hand - I will do that at some point.
The suit is fresh off a DC Retro green lantern. The boots are from ctv - robin hood remakes
The great style box is from ToyRoom (Thanks Anthony!) I love the little banner across the front of the box!
Tomar-Re
This cosmic head was also made and painted by Black Knight (Thanks again BK!)
I wanted a slimmer look for Tomar - So I used a hybrid CTV Body/ with an original mego body. I used the arms and torso from the ctv, but i used the pelvis and legs from an original type 2 mego. The hands are off the dc retro green lantern along with his suit. The boots are from ctv
and another great piece of art work from toyroom (thanks again Anthony)
In the last shot is a picture of My 1st Custom Green lantern which was made in the 90's but he was posted here back in march - see that post on how he was made.
Rumor has it there will be a new member joining this group soon - stay tuned to see who
