You can cut down a dowl rod from your local Home Depot, Use some craft clay and sculpt one, or cut the neck plug off a donor head and glue it to it.Any and all work.The donor neck plug way I like best because it allows the head to sit normal on the body and still turn . Hope this helps.Comment

I do EVERYTHING with dowels and milliput! (replacing craft foam and crazy glue as my weapons of choice!)
