I have been wanting one of these for awhile. This is my 3rd custom. My first attempt at a costume/outfit. I used three different body suits to comprise this one. Thanks to Eugene's suggestion I gave liquid stitch a try. The head is a Brian Leitner head.

NICE job, glad my "Liquid Stitch" suggestion was helpful. I find it much easier then trying to sew leg holes and short sleeves after cutting a bodysuit. For edges that you cut and are leaving exposed you miight also want to try "fray check".

I like it. Did you put him on a shorter body? Apart of the original Atom's look was he was way shorter then the other members.
