You can't make this stuff up. This is got to be one of the silliest villains. I just had to create a Mego-like custom of him.

I decided to go with what I could see. He has "trick balls" (yes, come on get the balls and testicle jokes out if needed).
He was a royal pain for Hawkeye on the limited series from the 80s. Yes, I have it and it's where Hawkeye actually meets Mockingbird.
Here he is. I threw together a fabric body suit with fabric paints and lots of colored balls! Yeah, lame I know it so enjoy the beauty all in his lameness.
