Crystal ball

Here's another original character from the book I'm writing, SUPERVILLAIN FOR PRESIDENT. He's Crystal Ball and he is sort of the right-hand-man/advisor to Doctor Tentacle. Nobody knows if he is a guy in a helmet or some kind of sentient occult artifact or what. He can see the future, but only for bad things and only for others. He can't predict lottery tickets, but he knew OJ was going to get away with murder. Other villains pay him to advise on projects, though he works almost exclusively for Dr. Tentacle. It's the "almost" exclusively that gets him into trouble, though.

I found this clear finial at Target and worked a character around it.

Ironically, I tried really hard to NOT make him look like Mysterio (because of the gumball machine head) and he wound up looking like Mento (?) from DOOM PATROL. Oh, well.

Ya'know, I forgot there was a GI Joe by that name. I went for super-VILLAIN over super-NATURAL, though.
