Needed to redo him for the longest time as I no longer had the old one I did years ago. The body is a FC female with a sex change. I dremeled off the tatas and glued a EMCE chest over it. I figured the skinny body was perfect for the character. Hands are also FC female. The head is a heavily reworked Dr. Sivana cast I had. Costume all me with wire posable craft foam wings.
