    The Amazing Spider-Man!!

I really liked the new design for Ultimate Spidey, which is mostly just a reverse of the black and red in the webbed areas, and wanted to apply it to a new Spiderman I was working on. I wanted to give him a sort of wrestler look like this was a early costume he used while performing in the ring. The webshooters and utility belt(including his camera and a flashlight) are add-ons Peter came up with after his "great power comes great responsibility" revelation. The body is a UFC figure altered a bit for more posability. Head is a Hasbro Black spidey with webs sculpted on. The body matches up exacly to a Mego in height, and works out perfect for a teen Spider-Man on my shelf.

    My Spidey-Sense is tingling!!

and a pic for people who were asking for a Rhino comp to Mego, Spidey is exactly the same as a Mego in size.

I'm not a Spidey fan and even I love this. That head looks fantastic and I love how the cape is an extention of the mask

thanks all, I'm really kicking around redoing him in a more "traditional" look. My Vulture is shaping up to be kind of classic looking to go along with Rhino.
