    I say try the re-rooting. I can be tedious but I sort of go into a zone. And if you can find close-out or sale wigs at costume or party stores, you have enough hair for a bunch of figures. I have also hit Big Lots and second hand stores for old dolls and used the hair from them. You can always yank all the hair out and start over if it doesn't turn out right. Anyway, thanks for all the positive feedback!

        Yep, everything on this figure was done by me. I did the re-paint, re-root and made the clothes. I uploaded another pic of her into my profile without the jacket as well just in case anyone would like to check it out. Again, thanks to everyone for the comments.
