Game of Thrones Action Figures - Wave 4 (ish)

I was hoping to finish up wave 4 today, to coincide with the big season 2 finale of Game of Thrones. Unfortunately, a sewing disaster befell Sansa (can't that poor girl catch a break?!).

I decided to post anyways. I may post again when Sansa is fixed up, or hold her back for wave 5... but right at the moment, I'm so annoyed that I never want to see a needle and thread again... .

    Jon Snow

Head is a Heroes of the American Revolution Nathan Hale, which painted up surprisingly well for Jon. Since the Night's Watch outfit is all black, I tried to mix it up with different textures... using leather, spandex, crushed velvet, fur, etc Ghost is an old Safari Ltd. figurine.

    Robb Stark

Not as crazy about the Burke repaint head for Robb, so I'm counting on the Cheerleader Effect. I sewed up the leather armor and his "pimp" cloak, and augmented with kitbashed CTVT parts.

Thanks for looking. As always, you can see all the Game of Thrones customs completed so far on my Photobucket.

Dude, those are fantastic figures. I haven't watched the show or read the books, but as a fantasy fan I can appreciate all the little facets you have going on with this series. You really should get a nice group shot of all of these you've completed. This is inspired work, and I look forward to future releases from you.

You are absolutely killing it! The use of materials is superb, textured and detailed but still very Megoey.

          Enjoy the finale!

As promised, here is Sansa... who was supposed to be in the original post...

                      Sansa Stark

On the show, Sansa wears a number of dresses. This one borrows elements from several of them, with a little creative license by me. Head is from a Breyer knockoff. Body is from a different Breyer knockoff.

                      Wave 4 all together:

And a group shot of all the waves:
(Not the best pic, but I had them staring at me on the Detolf, so I figured why not?)

Really nice job with these. I'm impressed. Snow looks killer. Your plan with the various textures, and shades really did the trick.
