I've always have in my heart a fondness for the JSA and Earth-2. On a JLU template design. I did a SSK, and found it best to change his yellow Wally Wood THUNDER belt, to red.
You might want to consider a DrMego 'barbarian belt' cast in red?

I agree with cyclops on the belt. My original belt looked like that one, but I finally upgraded to a Conan belt, painted red. It's a bit more Mego-like.
When I get around to it, gonna make another identical belt for my Hourman!
