Megoized Egon From The Real GhostBusters

Hi Guys this is the first custom figure in a while for me. Well more of a kit bash really but it did need some tweaks.

I had a Salt Vampire that I bought for a spare to make a cyborg and a spare egon that some one bought me as a gift during a bored hour this week I decided to transplant the head and hands from the mattel body to a doc mego one. sorry about the pic quality I used my phone (too lazy to bust my camera out )

    So here he is

and here are some in progress pics

first job was to remove the lower arms from the mattel body

then remove the lower arms and head from the salt vampire, due to the ratchet system in docs new body I had to sand the lug off the upper arm

Next step was to test fit the arms to the body

Then using some 2mm plastic rod from evergreen I replaced the pins I had to cut out

now time to sort the head out, I removed the neck plug from the salt vampire and transplanted it onto the egon head using plasti-zap

    The completed body

and a close up of the back pack

    Nice. What is Plasti-Zap?
Too many toys. Not enough space!
