These were some Lord of the Rings customs I did awhile back. They are all based on the Bakshi animated flick. They use mostly Famous Covers pieces, but there is some other odds and ends thrown in. Thanks for checking them out!

He is the only one I tried to pattern as closely as I could after the movie. The other 2 I took quite a bit of artistic license with... BTW, it was a 12" scale Jawa I used for the 3rd Wraith...the eyes light up and everything.

Thats a good Idea. When I started these, there wasn't much available it the way of smaller 8" scaled figures. I had started a Frodo, but it was bad.....real bad.

Great figures, Nazgul...Marvelous costuming work on them.

Did you make Boromir's helmet (Famous Covers Thor helmet?)? I'm asking because I need one like it for a D&D custom.

Dana---That is Thors helmet...just with the wings cut off and some horns glued on. I think from a Mcfarlane figure, but don't quote me on that. Actually, the whole figure is Thor but I sculpted on the beard.
