Well these figures were 35 years in the making and you made it happen!!!!!!!!!!! As a kid all I had was 12 inch figures I didnt even know about the 8 inch stuff. When i found the museum and all these people making customs of my favorite heroes I was like man I would love to see some cool 12 inch customs. But my skills at painting heads were not that good because of the eyes so I gave up making my own customs for alot of years, I was looking for mego heads not resin heads. Then one day I was looking at some of the 12 inch line and i seen the killer kane figure and I was like he would make a great aquaman if he had blonde hair. So I got one cheap off of ebay and used acetone to remove his black hair and bought some yellow vinly paint and and I was like wow so I dyed a superman outfit to make it look like aquaman and I was like man if someone could just sew me a new outfit he would look pretty cool. Then one day I came across Brians web site and he had all kinds of 12 inch suits so I contacted him and he was like yeah sure no prob and then i got hooked and started going thruogh all the 12 inch figures with a fine tooth comb looking at all the different heads thinking he looks like so and so and he looks like so and so. And i would steal different pieces off of figures like the magnetic batman and my wife would be like you just paid $50 for that figure just for the gauntlets and I'd say yeah but it looks cool lol. I paid like $30 for the comic superman head for shazam and she was like are you crazy and I said yeah I guess i am and I came home from work one night and my kids were like dad you got custom of the week look look its on the front page and i was in awe I really couldnt believe it for like 10 years i had been looking at all these customs thinking man I wish I had skills like that. And even though my artistic skills are not that great I think its the good ideas that count the most.
