Hot Toys prices, loose or boxed are skyrocketing out of control. Your best bet for that outfit I'm sad to say is the old Mattel version. It actually isn't such a bad version but it has "built in" muscles that need to be trimmed or removed on non-Ken type bodies.
The Medicom RAH is available at a more reasonable price.

Its important to realize thought, that Medicom 1:6 and other companies 1:6 are not all in scale. Medicom often seems to base 1:6 on [no offense intended] Asian height, thus bringing their figures in a little shorter than other companies. This being said it also means that the heads, hands, feet, etc are smaller. Other 1:6 heads don't always easily transfer to Medicom. And, just by looking at that photo, the waist is ultra slim, meaning you may have to do extensive work on the red trunks [depending on how stretchy they are] and the belt which may not fit around a true 1:6 waist.
Just a few points to consider.
          Bugler, sound the advance.

Fantastic head sculpt and perfect paints. Very nicely done! I nice tribute to the Smallville legend.

sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Nice! I guess Hot Toys' red colors were a bit lighter and less maroony, because this looks more like the suit on Smallville as far as colors go. They lightened the dingy maroon colors of Returns.

Another option may be the 12" Barbie SR Ken outfit. It would probably have to be modified, but it can be had for cheap.

I knew you wouldn't be able to let Captain_Mego's comment go Hector.

But as I said, I didn't make him my friend Chris did. I did however buy one of those "Headplay" Welling heads so I can make one for myself. But it's a long shot that I'll ever get a deal on a Hot Toys Brandon Routh. Sometimes though you find somebody selling just the costume.

I was trying my best not to say anything...trying to stay out of the way...but as Michael Corleone says in Godfather 3...they pull me back in...
