I have been looking for fabric like that to match Darth's original suit (with the ribs). Is that off the rack black fabric, or did you sacrifice some shirt. etc?

I bought a giant pair of basketball shorts made out of that material at Good Will. I've seen it in red and white at the fabric store lately too.
