Bought this off Ebay, he is slightly taller than a mego figure. he stands 9 inches tall, I had the card made by Antony S. Only problem is cant get a bubble to attach him to the card

To be honest I havent a clue, all arms and legs move as well as the head

Nice figure, and to answer the what was he before, pretty sure judging by the hair I'd say a 9 inch Data. Looks like the suit is Trek, too dyed black.

Maybe you should take the chance to see if the head will fit on a mego body and customize it from there. Then it should fit the card or have a bigger card made. Suggestions.
