Yes, that's an Our Gang Buckwheat body under the cloak. The cloak is a Merry Men Tuck robe, with the hem cut from the base and used as the wrap, fringe modified to match WGSH Lizard cut pattern measurements. Figure measures 6" tall.

The boots, guns, saber, bandoleer, head, and hand re-sculpt (right is resculpted for a grip hand to hold a variety of mego items - phasers, etc) is all my handiwork.
The boots are slush cast hard plastic resin, the belt/bandoleer is casting urethane rubber through micromark.

The package art is me- but the photo here is the pre-final art (photo mock up is fuzzy here) Also there's a foreign release version I did with marker style art, but that's still out for printing.
